Nina Tudor joined Mercer Wealth Management in 2026 as a Client Services Associate, where she supports both operations and client service initiatives to help deliver a seamless client experience. In her role, Nina serves as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and thoughtful support while fostering strong, lasting relationships. Nina also plays an integral role in the firm’s day-to-day operations. She assists with account maintenance, money movements, and client onboarding, while maintaining accurate client records and supporting data integrity across firm systems. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that processes run efficiently and that clients receive a high level of service.

A Louisville native, Nina is a graduate of Assumption High School and Bellarmine University, where she earned a degree in Psychology and Human Resources with a minor in Healthcare. She brings a diverse professional background that includes experience as a preschool teacher and in the pharmaceutical industry, where she specialized in patient services. Her experience navigating healthcare and insurance systems has strengthened her ability to guide individuals through complex processes with clarity and care. Known for her strong customer service skills and compassionate, people-first approach, Nina is committed to delivering efficient, personalized support to every client she serves.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys traveling, staying active through fitness, watching movies, and spending time with her cat, Mars.
