Emmett joined Mercer Wealth Management at its inception, having worked with Todd Mercer and Lexie Head at Merrill Lynch since 2019. Prior to joining Merrill, he completed eight years of military service, earning the rank of Captain and Pilot-in-Command of the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter.
Emmett graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Management. As a United States Army Officer and Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot, he built a skillset that combines leadership experience, disciplined initiative, and complex problem-solving skills that allow him to set and achieve goals. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Finance at The Wharton School.
As a financial advisor, Emmett delivers a goals-based wealth management process that places the client as the central priority. He holds his SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 FINRA registrations. Emmett earned the Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, or SE-AWMA®, designation which provides advisors with the specialized knowledge to help high-net-worth clients in sports and entertainment capitalize on opportunities to preserve, grow, and transfer their wealth.
Emmett and his wife Rachael have a son named Cru. He serves as President of the West Point Society of Kentucky (Louisville Chapter). Emmett enjoys golf, all types of physical fitness, and cheering for the team he played for in college- the Army Black Knights football team.
